Best Place to Work in 2009!
Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company has been awarded the designation of 2009 Best Place to Work. A national program, Best Places to Work challenges businesses of all sizes to raise the standards of excellence in human resources. Companies are evaluated on turnover rate, growth, training, benefits, profit sharing and community outreach programs. This is the first time Orchid Island Juice Company applied for the award! In her acceptance speech, CEO Marygrace Sexton, gave all the credit for the award to her hardworking, dedicated employees and a wonderful city government that allows businesses to reach their potential!
