Robert Kowalcyzck was the overall winner of the King of the Hill Tennis Tournament held at The Boulevard in Vero Beach, FL.  Proceeds from this event help children attend summer camp sponsored by the Youth Guidance of Indian River County.  Congratulations Robert!!!
