Carrot Tomato Celery Gazpacho
16 oz. Natalie’s Carrot Tomato Celery Juice
1 Clove of Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Tsp. Fresh Thyme and More, For Garnish
A Splash or two of hot sauce
(Yields 1 Serving)
1. In a blender, place all the ingredients except the cucumber.
2. Blend on high until all the garlic is blended in.
3. Chill and garnish with slices of cucumbers, and a sprig of fresh thyme.
