Grapefruit Rosemary Cocktail
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
3 oz. Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice
1.5 oz. Gin
1 oz. Rosemary simple syrup
1. Make Rosemary simple syrup: In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Remove rosemary sprigs. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add juice, gin & syrup. Shake until well chilled. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
