Tomato Reishi Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients

16oz Natalie’s Tomato Reishi Himalayan Salt Juice
1 large cucumber, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
2 cups water
5-6 mint leaves
Slices of cucumber and tomato for garnish

Directions

1. In a blender combine the cucumber, water, lime juice, and mint leaves. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until everything has fully combined.
2. Strain this mixture into a pitcher and throw out the strained solids.
3. Fill 4 cups with ice and add equal amounts of the Natalie’s Tomato Reishi Himalayan Salt Juice to each glass.
4. Top with the cucumber juice and garnish with sliced cucumber and tomato.
