Creamy Lemon Yogurt Dressing


1 Avocado, pitted and peeled
1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 TBSP Natalie’s Lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro
1⁄2 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
1-2 TBSP Water, as needed


1. Place all ingredients except water in the bowl of a food processor or high speed blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Add water to thin the dressing if needed
4. Refrigerate until time to serve
