Grapefruit Rosemary Italian Greyhound
6oz Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice
½oz lemon juice
1oz Rosemary sug
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
4 rosemary sprigs
Rosemary and grapefruit wheel for garnish
1. In a saucepan combine the sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a gentle boil and stir to dissolve the sugar.
2. Remove this from the stove and let it cool.
3. To make the cocktail, combine the Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice, vodka, lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
4. Strain into a glass with fresh ice and garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and a wheel of fresh grapefruit.
