Mezcal Berry Fizz

1 oz. montelobos espadin
0.5 oz. Aperol
1.5 oz. Natalie’s Strawberry Lemonade
1.5 oz. Natalie’s Raspberry Lemonade
2 dashes apple cider vinegar
1 small pinch of salt
Top with soda water
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Strawberries, for garnish
Raspberries, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish


1. In a highball glass, pour all ingredients over ice starting with the pinch of salt & the vinegar. Then add both lemonades, mezcal & aperol.
2. Top with soda water, stir gently & garnish with lemon wheel, strawberries, raspberries or fresh mint.
