Mezcal Berry Fizz


1 oz. montelobos espadin
1/2 oz. Aperol
1 1/2 oz. Natalie’s Strawberry Lemonade
1 1/2 oz. Natalie’s Raspberry Lemonade
2 dashes apple cider vinegar
1 small pinch of salt
Top with soda water
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Strawberries, for garnish
Raspberries, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish


1. In a highball glass, pour all ingredients over ice starting with the pinch of salt & the vinegar.
2. Add lemon wheel, strawberries, raspberries & fresh mint for garnish.
