Peach Basil Margarita


2 Cups Margarita Mix
1 Cup Blanco Tequila
3 Peach Halves (from a jar, in syrup) or 1 cup frozen peaches
3 Fresh Basil Leaves
Pinch of Flaky Salt
¼ Cup Basil Simple Syrup
5 Basil Leaves
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar


1. Make the basil simple syrup by bringing 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Reduce heat and add 5 basil leaves. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Let it cool and set aside.
4. In a blender, combine the peaches, 3 basil leaves, tequila, margarita mix, pinch of salt, and basil simple syrup.
5. Blend for about 30 seconds.
6. Pour the margarita over ice and garnish with fresh basil and lime wedges
