Root Down Cocktail

2 oz. 100% blanco tequila (or mezcal)
1 oz. Natalie’s Carrot Ginger Juice
1 oz. Natalie’s Orange Beet Juice
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. honey
Pinch of cayenne
Thinly sliced beets, for garnish


1. Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice. 
2. Stir to dilute.
3.  Garnish with thinly sliced beets.
