Vegan Tropical Carrot Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3⁄4 cup almond milk or coconut milk, unsweetened
3⁄4 cup Carrot juice
1-2 tsp Agave Nectar
Mango slices, garnish
Coconut flakes, garnish
1. In the bowl of a high speed blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
3. Garnish with mango slices and coconut flakes.
