Summer Fruit with Orange-Yogurt Dressing
2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
¼ cup Natalie’s Orange Juice
1 tsp grated orange peel
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ honeydew, cut into thin wedges
½ cantaloupe, cut into thin wedges
1 pint strawberries
1 medium bunch red seedless grapes
2 peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
2 nectarines, cut into chunks
(Yields 6 servings)
1. Mix all ingredients in a small glass pitcher.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
Will last in the refrigerator for up to two days.
1. Arrange melon wedges and strawberries on a serving platter.
2. Add clusters of peach chunks, nectarine chunks, and grapes.
3. Serve with dressing.
