Carrot Ginger Cocktail


2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Carrot Ginger Juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. honey syrup*


1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
3. Garnish with Carrot and Carrot greens

*Honey syrup:
1. Combine equal parts honey and hot water in a bottle or jar.
2. Shake to mix.
