Creamy Blood Orange Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, frozen
2 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
1⁄2 cup quick oats
3⁄4 cup Aura juice
1⁄2 full fat coconut milk
3 dates, pitted
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1-2 cups ice
Sliced strawberries, for garnish
chia seeds, for garnish
hemp seeds, for garnish

Directions

1. In the bowl of a high speed blender, combine all ingredients except ice.
2. Blend until smooth. Add ice. Blend until no chunks of ice remain.
3. Pour into two bowls. Garnish with sliced strawberries, chia seeds & hemp seeds.
