Golden Milk Mango Lemonade Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Banana, Sliced & Frozen
¼ cup Natalie’s Mango Lemonade Juice
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
1-inch Chunk of Fresh Ginger
Hemp Seeds for Topping

Directions

1. In a blender combine all ingredients, except for the hemp seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into 2 large glasses or 4 small glasses and top with hemp seeds.
