Grapefruit Bourbon Sour


2oz Natalie’s Grapefruit juice
2oz simple syrup
2 egg whites
4oz bourbon
½oz St Germain
3 sprigs of rosemary


1. In a microwave safe cup or bowl combine the simple syrup and 1 rosemary sprig. Microwave for 20 seconds and allow to completely cool. Remove the rosemary.
2. In a cocktail shaker combine the Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice, ice, simple syrup, egg whites, bourbon and St. Germain. Shake well for 30-60 seconds.
3. Strain into 2 rocks glasses and garnish each with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
