Iced Lemon Peppermint Tonic


¼ cup Natalie’s Lemon Juice
3 cups sparkling water (or still water)
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
1 tsp ginger paste


1. In a pitcher combine the Natalie’s Lemon Juice, honey, mint leaves, and ginger paste. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
2. Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour the lemon mint mixture equally into each glass.
3. Top with the sparkling or still water and garnish with a mint sprig.
