Lemon Basil Marinated Tomatoes
¾ cups olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
5 fresh basil leaves, finely sliced
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1. Finely slice all the tomatoes and place them in a shallow dish
2. In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and whisk well.
3. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes and enjoy immediately or for the best flavor let them sit in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours.
