Lychee Grapefruit Martini
6oz Natalie’s grapefruit juice
4oz lychee juice
4 lychee (for eyeball garnish)
4 blueberries (for garnish)
1. In a cocktail shaker combine the grapefruit juice, vodka, lychee juice, and ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
2. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses
3. For the garnish, stick blueberries into the holes of the lychee fruit and stick a cocktail pick through 2 of them to create “eyeballs”.
4. Place the picks on the martini and enjoy!
