Margarita Mousse


¼ cup Natalie’s Margarita Mix
2 tbsp tequila
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream
7 oz sweetened condensed milk (half of a 14 oz can)
Zest of 1 lime


1. In the bowl of a stand mixer use the whisk attachment to beat the heavy cream until you have stiff peaks. About 3 minutes.
2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the Natalie’s Margarita Mix, tequila, salt, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Fold in the whipped cream to this mixture until incorporated.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then serve in individual containers and garnish with extra lime zest.
