Pink Grapefruit Tom Collins


6oz gin
6oz Natalie’s grapefruit juice
1oz simple syrup
12oz grapefruit sparkling water
1 grapefruit, sliced
Rosemary for garnish


1. In a pitcher combine the gin, grapefruit, simple syrup and stir well to combine. Add crushed ice to 4 glasses and stick slices of grapefruit and sprigs of rosemary into the ice.
2. Pour the grapefruit gin mixture equally into 4 glasses and top with grapefruit sparkling water. Enjoy!
