Plum Lemon Crumble

Ingredients

Ingredients For Filling:
5-6 Ripe plums, sliced
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Brown sugar
Zest of 1 lemon

Ingredients For Crumble:
1.5 cups Rolled oats
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
8 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions

1. Preheat over to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the crumble & stir with a spoon until “crumbles” form.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for filling toss together gently to incorporate.
4. Pour the filling into a small 8″ round or square baking dish.
5. Top with crumble.
6. Place the baking dish on a cookie sheet so the filling doesn’t spill over & bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
7. Top with extra lemon zest & enjoy!
