Smoked Blood Orange Negroni
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Gin
In a small pitcher combine all ingredients, stir well to combine.
Pour over a sphere or cube of ice
Place the smoker without the top on the glass
Fill the chamber with wood chips and light with a kitchen torch until it catches fire.
Place the cap on the smoker & let this set for a minute or two.
Remove the smoker and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange garnish
