Spicy Tamarind Grapefruit Mocktail


8oz Natalie’s Grapefruit juice
2 tbsp tamarind paste
4 tbsp hot honey
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Grapefruit sparkling water or tonic water
2 tbsp Tajin seasoning
Grapefruit slices for garnish


1. In a cocktail shaker add the grapefruit, tamarind paste, hot honey, cayenne pepper, and
ice. Shake for 30 seconds
2. In two flutes, rim the glass using a grapefruit wedge and dip it into the Tajin seasoning.
3. Pour the grapefruit tamarind mixture into the flutes and top with a little grapefruit
sparkling water or tonic water.
4. Garnish with a large grapefruit slice and enjoy!
