Strawberry Lemonade Granita


16oz Natalie’s Strawberry Lemonade
4-5 strawberries, diced
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp agave


1. Pour the Natalie’s Strawberry Lemonade into a shallow baking dish and add the diced strawberries.
2. Place this in the freezer and every 30 minutes, scrape down the edges of the frozen dessert, creating a slushy consistency.
3. Repeat for 3 hours.
4. 30 minutes before the final stir, in a mixing bowl combine the whipping cream, agave, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
5. Pour this cream mixture over top of the frozen strawberry lemonade and stir one more time.
6. Freeze for a final 30 minutes then serve in individual dishes.
