Carrot Ginger Mule


3 oz. Natalie’s Carrot Ginger Juice
1.5 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 cup Ginger beer
Carrot tops, thin slices of carrots, lime wedges, for garnish


1. Add Carrot Ginger juice, vodka and fresh lime juice to a mule mug or tall glass.
2. Stir well and add ice. Pour in ginger beer, and stir again.
3. Garnish with carrot tops, thin slices of carrot and lime wedges.
