Spicy Green Tomato Relish


¼ cup Natalie’s Green Tomato Lions Mane Juice
3 tomatillos, cut in half
1 white onion, cut in half
1 green bell pepper, quartered
½ a jalapeno, seeded
2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tbsp sugar


1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse 10-15 times until all of the veggies are finely chopped, but not fully blended.
2. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and allow it to sit in the fridge overnight.
3. Serve the relish over softened cream cheese with crackers or top your bratwurst with this spicy relish.
