Spicy Tomato Gin and Tonic


4oz Natalie’s Tomato Reishi Juice
4oz gin
2oz lemon juice
12oz tonic water
½ jalapeno, sliced
5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Lemon wedges, tomatoes, and jalapenos for garnish
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes and flaky sea salt for garnish


1. In a small pitcher, muddle the sliced jalapenos with tomatoes, gin, and lemon juice.
2. Pour in the gin and stir well.
3. In two glasses add ice, Natalie’s Tomato Reishi Juice, then the gin mixture. Stir gently.
4. Top each glass with tonic water and garnish using a cocktail pick with a jalapeno slice, cherry tomato, and lemon wedge. Enjoy!
