Tomato Gazpacho


16oz Natalie’s Tomato Reishi juice
½ cup diced red tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup english cucumber, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1tbsp italian seasoning
Olive oil for garnish


1. In a high speed blender combine all of the ingredients.
2. Blend for 30 seconds and strain out any solids.
3. Add to 4 bowls and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and halved cherry tomatoes.
